It's the best ham you've ever eaten! And even better...it's produced in Michigan.  Ham fund raiser sales are PRACTICAL...after all, most people planned to enjoy ham for the holidays.  And many businesses give them as gifts. Plus, you are offering real VALUE with a much better deal than the specialty ham store! 
Your organization is certain to benefit by ham PROFITS.  Ham sales raise $1.15 to $1.40 per pound (or about $9.35 to $12.50 per half ham*).  With most organizations, the average is 8 hams sold per seller. Contact Nel to determine the potential profits for your group!

Hams are available in two styles:

Fire Glazed : Moist and tender with a signature spice and sugar glaze.  During production, the glaze is rubbed into the ham then browned by flame to achieve a "sweet crust" all over.  For the peak of flavor, ham should be served at room temperature. (Directions for heating are on the label, if preferred.)  These hams are available in one size that ranges from 7.5 to 9 pounds.

Traditional : A glaze packet of sugar and spice is included in the box for customer to apply if desired.  (Glaze is mixed with water, simmered and applied to ham when oven warming).  This is preferred by people who make soup from the ham bone, as they can keep the glaze to a minimum.  People allergic to cinnamon can remove their slices before the rest of the ham is glazed.  This a versatile and delicious option.  Traditional hams are available in 3 sizes.

Shelf life of our hams is excellent because we get them directly from the manufacturer.  Keep refrigerated to enjoy within 21 days or freeze to enjoy the ham for a future occasion.  Hams may be frozen up to 3 months.  Directions are on the label.
